Mr. YIP Conrad, President, CEO and Director

Mr. Yip is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is responsible for the overall corporate development of the Company. Mr. Yip has over 15 years of cross-disciplinary experiences in the media, corporate governance and equity investment in China and Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yip was senior management of a listed company in Hong Kong, focusing on venture investments. Mr. Yip earned his Master of Law Degree from Peking University and Bachelor of Science Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms.ZENG Sanncy, CFO and Director

Ms. Zeng is the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. She has over 10 years' experiences in finance and accountant. Ms. Zeng was the Financial Manager of Oplink Co. China Center from 1999 to 2002, and chief financial officer of Fenet Software Co. from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Zeng has China CPA certificate and she got her Economics Bachelor degree from Zhongshan University in 1993.

Mr. LIU Yong, Director

Mr. LIU has been served as an executive director for joining Guangdong Yin Han Software Technology Limited (the operating subsidiary of Mobile Entertainment, Inc.) since November 2001. Prior to joining Yin Han, Mr. LIU had worked 3 years for Guangzhou Branch of Asian Information Resources Limited, Guangzhou Branch in general administration and procurement, and 2 years with Guangdong Bo Li Da Software Technology Limited as a manager. With 7 years in the InfoTech industry, Mr. Liu has obtained extensive experience in IT management, marketing and cooperate administration. Mr. LIU obtained a certificate of EMBA course from South China University of Technology in 2005.

Mr. XU Yuan, General Manager, Guangzhou Yin Han Software Technology Company, Limited

Mr. Xu is the General Manager of Guangzhou Yin Han Technology Company, Limited, the operating subsidiary of Mobile Entertainment, Inc. Before joining Yin Han, Mr. XU was the General Manager in Guangzhou Han Zheng Information Technology Limited and Guangdong Renwoxing Information Technology Limited. He also served for 6 years as Sub-branch Manager in Guangzhou Xin Tai Technology Limited. With nearly 12 years in the InfoTech industry, Mr. Xu has gained extensive experience in IT technology and management. He gained his Bachelor Degree from Anhui University.

Mr. ZHONG Lin, Technology Director of Guangzhou Yin Han Technology Company, Limited.

Mr. Zhong is the Technology Director of Guangzhou Yin Han Technology Company, Limited. He has more than 8-year experiences in program development. Aged 29, Mr. Zhong obtained his Bachelor of Computer Science from The National University of Defense Technology in 1999.
