Mobile Entertainment, Inc. Hooks Over 4 Million
Cell Phone Game Subscribers in 2007

GUANGZHOU, China, Feb. 19 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Mobile Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MBEI) (¡°Mobile Entertainment¡±) today announced it has accumulated more than 4.7 million cell phone game subscribers throughout 2007.
The number of cell phone game subscribers of Mobile Entertainment increased 213% from 1.52 million in Jan 2007 to 4.75 million subscribers in Dec 2007. This growth at an average monthly rate of 11% has significantly increased Mobile Entertainment¡¯s penetration and market share of the overall cell phone game market in China.

Mobile Entertainment distributed its cell phone games through distributors on the China Mobile network on a revenue sharing model. In Q3 2007 the number of cell phone game distributors increased from one to three. As of Dec 2007, two cell phone games were carried by the three distributors, which in turn make available them to the game subscribers who are using China Mobile and China Unicom cell phone networks.
China Mobile is the mobile phone network that has the largest user base in the world, totaling 369 million subscribers as of Dec 31, 2007.
